If a Pennsylvania judge finds a Maryland issued driver to be guilty of underaged drinking, which is a punishable offence by the suspending of the liscense in Pennsylvania, does that person lose MD driving privileges also?

Not automatically. But most states have a reciprocity agreement with one another, and probably the PA motor vehicle administration will send their action to MD MVA. MD can then notify the juvenile to show cause at a hearing why his privileges should not be suspended because of the PA violation.

It would depend on Maryland law. Speak to a Maryland attorney about this.
