How far do Trademarks go?
I'm looking into selling Tshirts online with the Phrase "University of --- Fucking ---County", The university's name is "university of --- --- county"
Another Tshirt says "A God Damn Honors University in ---" The university's motto is "an honors university in ----"

Most attorneys will say your new T shirt business may face problems if the universities discover what you're up to. As far as trademarks go, a university is not manufacturing goods, it is providing services (education) - so it's really a service mark. Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
