Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

I was fired after 9 years of service at a local car dealership, reason given was excessive comebacks.I have been listed as an apprentice for the entire term and denied any training while all others were sent to every training session avalible.I was told in prior years not to worry about training and told just to get the repairs done.Just curious if this would be considered neglogense on their part.

Unless you have a written employment agreement with the car dealership, or unless you are part of a union, you do not have a case. Spend your time looking for a new job -- with 9 years of experience at one place, you should have plenty of experience and your resume shows that you are loyal to your place of employment. Best of luck.
