HELLO, i was recently laid off on 11/11/11 and i have not recieved my last check my back bonuses since june and my vacation leave pay what options do i have?

Hi and thanks for your post. Maryland law requires that employers pay all earned wages at termination. Bonuses and vacation leave pay may possibly be due but not in all situations. Maryland law imposes penalties on employers who withhold wages in violation of the law. A former employee may file a complaint and let governmental officials investigate or may privately sue the employer to recover back pay plus penalties.
