My above condo unit was on fire and it damaged my unit also

My above condo unit was on fire and it damaged my unit also. The repair costs going to cost me around 20k and my insurance is paying 6k. How can i sue the tenant/owner who lives above my condo unit.

your insurance should pay your claim. I would press that issue first and let THEM be the ones who have t sue the neighbor. otherwise, your question "how can I sue" is pretty simple. you need to hire a lawyer and file a suit. generally speeaking, the issues in a a case such as you are talking about would be very difficult to sue without a lawyer.
