Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Maryland

I was raped on september10 2007

the police will not believe me because they said it was consinuall but it was not. what should I do.

Unfortunately, it is completely within the discretion of the state's attorney's office as to whether or not to prosecute a complaint.
