Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Military doctor Violation?

I saw a Navy captian Dr last week, who left me feeling very violated along with many other bad feelings. The chaparon that was in the room at the time of the ''exam'' even went immeiantly to the Patient advocate. They have told me they are still reviewing everything and I feel like i am getting the run around and that this dr is getting away with destroying what was left of my self esteem and leaving me feeling completely violated. I want to know what i need to do next and to make sure my rights are protected.

Re: Military doctor Violation?

You should file a written complaint with whoever is in charge of investigating such matters. You will in all likelihood have to handle this through the military. You didn't provide many facts, including whether you are in the military or a dependent receiving care through champus.
