cosigner

I cosigned for my daughter and it was ok first but i think she is going to have problems i don,t want to give up on my money i,m a senior citizen with a little money in the bank for my retirment what can i do???

Unless your daughter is able to refinance and take your name off the current mortgage, you will remain liable. If she defaults and the property goes into foreclosure, you will probably not have to pay out any money, but it will go on your credit record.
