Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

i loaned out my camping trailer last summer my friend died befor returning it and his wife refuses to return it can i go get it being im the legal owner and since my friend passed away is his estate responsible for damage done while in his care also he picked up my trailer in maryland and tranported it to west virgina and used it there at a camp

You may not trespass or "disturb the peace" in retrieving your property from the wife. If she refuses to voluntarily give up the trailer, you will need to file suit where the trailer is located. Consider hiring an attorney to assist you.
