Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

sale of house

My late husband's will left all to me..his wife. His mother has since died...as I understand from her attorney his share of the house belongs to me..I wish his brother to have it. How do I go about about handling this. I understand the family cannot sell the house until I leagally do something.. what do I do? I live in MD..the house is in Ohio
