Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

My Will Contest petitions were dismissed in Orphan's Court. However, I learned something significant at the hearing that I did not know, prior, that may make my case considerably stronger. And I just received a phone call from a person - with some pertinent information - who would be a credible witness.

I had (more or less) decided to move-on from this endeavor, but with the new developments I would like to move forward.

I have consulted with several attorneys, but they all wanted a retainer of several thousand dollars. Therefore, I'm 'on my own' unless an attorney offers to take the case on contingency.

So, must I file an Appeal in the Circuit Court? Or can I file a new case in the Circuit Court thus avoiding the Appeals process? I only have a week (left) to file an Appeal.

You could email me with details about the contest/caveat, why it was dismissed and the newly acquired information. I'm not obligating to take the case at this point.
