Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

Is a will valid from 1975-after a divorce

My dad passed. A will was found dated in 1975. When my parents were together. They divorced. It mentioned an older brother as the one in charge in case both parents pass....At the time a couple of us were minors. My mom is living and is mentioned as the sole heir of all my dads money and pocessions. Is she still entitled to all.... Even though divorced? If another will was never made?

If there was no subsequent will, then the law will treat the mother as though she predeceased the father. You can still probate the will.
