Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

Medical Injury: I am a 40 year old women. I was operated on 11 years ago. The doctor slipped with the drill and cut the durasac of nerves next to the spine. Before this operation I was able to walk and work with intermittent pain, with relief from pain medication. After the operation I was no longer able to do any of these things. I now live in a wheelchair, had to learn to live with little use of right leg, taught how to use the bathroom because of the nerves cut also effect the bladder and bowl function. I live in constant pain. As I get older the pain is more and I can do less. This has effected my way of life and relationships. This ended my marriage. I am wondering if /or there is any action I can take because this happened 11 years ago.

There are various potential ways of circumventing the rigid 3 year statute of limitations, depending of course upon the unique circumstances of your case. A phone conversation to discuss this would be necessary. I should be reachable most of the day tomorrow.
