Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

I had a question. If I went in for xrays concerning an injury and while looking at the xrays the doctor notices another condition and writes it on the report but fails to notify me of the condition, would I have a case?

This depends on additional information you would need to provide to asses the situation. It is entirely possible you could have a case based on what you described, but answers to several key questions would determine more intelligently. If you would like to discuss this with me free of charge or obligation, I would be pleased to do so. Feel free to contact me directly. Good luck!

If you had been told the information then, would you have been in position to prevent harm to you? What would you have done with the info? For instance, if the doctor noticed a mole that appeared cancerous and did not tell you, then if it became cancerous later, you may have a claim. If you want to discuss further, please email me at [email protected] or call me Monday morning at 617-426-7400.
