Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

car accident after increasing pain

It has been about 4 years since my car accident and yes there was a law suit that is now over. As time goes by it is getting worse in my back and now my toes get numb when I stand or walk. I am in pain pretty much all the time and sitting, standing, walking is limited. I have to keep changing my position. Others have suggested disability but don't you have to be practically dying to get that? I have had therapy, 3 mri's, leg braces, a walker and was unable to walk for about 5 months. It is getting worse and I can't stand this pain. Help!

In order to be eligible for Social Security Disability, you have to show that you have worked enough and show that you have an injnury that prevents you from working for at least a year. Please feel free to contact me, as I have previously helped clients get SSDI
