Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

I own a small business in Massachusetts. I also own the building next door to the business to lease out. I have just rented this building to an individual that is proposing to build a strongly opposed gambling facility. I know there will be protesting and picketing outside of my store. I do not want this interfering with my business or deterring customers. Is there any legal way to prevent the protesters or make them go away? Maybe laws, statutes, etc.?

Protesters need to get permits and you can ask the local police to make sure they do not interfere with traffic or your customers.

You will have some interference regardless of keeping protesters at a reasonable distance from your store. There will be no doubt some fall out by having the property leased to a group wishing to have gambling.

I assume the gambling location is not at your building and is only for the propents office or similar use and not to seek to allow gambling at that location.

If you need assistance with this matter I will be happy to assist you.
