Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
I am a MSW student and recently read an article that stated that a 1987 supreme court ruling states that jews are protected by civil rights laws because they are not racially white. Have you heard of this ruling? Is this accurate? Where can I find the actual text for the ruling?
