I signed a policy for a tire and rim warranty when I purchased my new 2008 SUV. Also for some anti-theft policy. No one asked me if I wanted these and I signed them when I bought the car, along with all the other paperwork that goes with buying the vehicle, without being told what they were. Can I demand a full refund from the dealer? I should have looked more carefully, but I was not expecting it as I was never asked about them. I know I would have declined as I never buy any extended or extra warranites for anything. Tanks

Try asking the dealer if you can revise the contract and decline those items you did not intend to accept. Good Luck!
