Are children who have poa responsible if father doesn't pay his credit card?

It would be helpful if you provided some background information.

Just having a power of attorney granted by their father does not make them responsible for his credit card debt. Did they make purchases on his credit cars AS his attorney-in-fact? Did they make purchases on their own behalf? Our office handles credit card disputes all over the Commonwealth, and would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
