child pornography

someone took pictures of me naked and them sent them to people people then printed them out and sold them and put them on disc and i am under age. What are my rights? What can happen to them?

I don't practice in MA. In New York, there is a section of the Civil Rights Law that makes it a crime, with civil penalties to use someone's name or photo without their permission for profit.

If they are pornographic the crime is that much worse. Go speak with a local lawyer.
