Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am looking for a case that addresses the issue of emancipation. My paternity agreement from 1994 defines emancipation of child as 18, unless in college, than 21. My daughter is presently in college and will still be in college when she is 21.

I want to go beyond my agreement and extend child support to 23 in accordance with the current statute. Do you know a case that addresses that specific issue?

You do not need a case. You need to file a Complaint for Modification that requests emancipation be defined according to the current statute.
