Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

child support

Dear Sir, My son has a daughter 1 1/2 yrs in Mass. The mother will not have a DNA testing done. We have pay $100 down for the test. But both mother and grandmother refuse to let Emma have the DNA done. They are willing to have my son sign papers so that he will have nothing to do with mother or daughter and to stop child support payment. Is there a form for this or do we have to get a lawyer and go to court? Thank you, Janet
