Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My fiancé got his divorce on April 15,2014. He can't lagally get married in this state for 90 days. Is it legal for us to go to another state and get married sooner than the 90 day waiting period? If it it's legal what stat would we be able to get married in?

No. He is technically married for until the 90 days is up.
