yes I just filed a restraining order agaisnt my ex boyfriend because he fractured my wrist and we have a four year son togther. He is in my custody know. I am just concerned that my ex isnt going to show up to court for the hearing.

If he does not show up for the extension hearing, then the Restraining Order will be continued if the court finds that you are in imminent fear of reasonable harm. You should also ask the Judge for sole legal and physical custody of the children.
