File a divorce action, serve the complaint and summons on him, and prosecute the divorce in court. An alternative is that you can hire a lawyer. You don't need his cooperation to get a divorce. You only need his cooperation to get a divorce easily.

You do not need his cooperation. You can file for divorce yourself, or hire an attorney to represent you.

I'm sorry to hear that your marriage has broken down.

If the parties can agree to obtain a divorce, and are capable of agreeing on each and every term of their separation, they can file for uncontested divorce. If not, either one of you can file a complaint for divorce and commence the process. The other spouse's permission or assent is not required.

If you would like the assistance of counsel, please feel free to contact our office.
