my husband and i own a house together, i have not lived there for over a year; am i entitled to have keys to the house? Thank you.

If you are still married, there are those that believe that once you leave the property, you may have an interest in the property, but not right of occupancy unless the other spouse agrees.

Yes, if you are on the title to the home, you have every right to enter the home and even to live there. The only things that might change that is if there is a restraining order in place, or if you are in a divorce situation and orders have been made by a judge about possession of the home.
