If you were interested, there is a form that would allow you to appoint her the temporary guardian of your child, but I would be very careful turning over custody of your children to another individual. What are her motives? Is the sister doing what is best for her brother, or what is best for the child? It is not clear from your post what you would like to see happen. Feel free to give my office a call so we can discuss your situation.
