Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Trespassing and Harrassing

Is there a law to prevent my ex's girlfriend from coming on my property, swearing at me infront of my children, threatening me infront of other people, hitting me with a car door; which a police report was done and sent me to the ER? I even had a no trespassing on her for 6 months. How do I keep her away from me? My children are witnessing her outbursts of anger and my youngest child who is 10 wants to see his dad but is scared of her.

Re: Trespassing and Harrassing

You seek a restraining order to kepp her away from you, your children and your home.

Re: Trespassing and Harrassing

Get a restraining order, and file an application for a criminal complaint.
