Visitations

Is there something that can be done pertaining to my ex's girlfriend who is out of control. My youngest child is afarid of her from her actions and words. My son wnats to see his dad but not hsi girlfriend. She has shouted vulgarity at my home, hit me with a car door infront of the child, threatened me and yes I have witnesses, police reports and the car door sent me to the ER. She will not stay off my property and this all happens on my property. Can any legal actions be taken to prevent her from going near my child and yet still allow the father and child to spend time together and bond? My ex lives with her now and she is controling and out right cruel. The oldest two children 17 and soon to be 20 will not go to that house and avoid many calls and of their own free will.

if you and/or your child are at risk of serious bodily injury or have been hit, then apply for a restraining order, and report this to th police.

Review the divorce agreement with an attorney and if there is nothing in it to allow this matter to be addressed by a contempt complaint, file a modification complaint to ask the court to address this issue specifically.
