Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My wife and I have been married 10 years no kids between us. She told me she wanted a divorce. After talking about it we agreed to work on the Marriage and she took 2500 to move into an apartment. 24hrs later she wants a divorce again and had her BF move in with her. She now wants half of everything and alimony. Two of her adult children still live with me. Is there any infedelity laws that shehas broken or anything that would prevent her from getting and alimony or pention funds? She deserves nothing!

Adultery still exists on the books. However the judges really do not want to see or hear about it, if possible.

She is not automatically entitled to alimony. Alimony is based on 17 different factors and the court will look at all relevant factors, including conduct. She will be entitled to a division of all assets. The court starts with 50/50 split and then you must state legitimate reasons from their why her portion should be less. She will get at least 30%, if not more.
