Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Is it easy to garnish unpaid monies from a settlement if the person owing lives in Massachusetts, and I'm in Connecticut/

As a general rule, Massachusetts does not allow garnishment of wages. The biggest exception is child support.
