Postponement

I have to go to court tomorrow and i need to postpone the date again because i have not had enough money to get my lawyer yet... I have already postponed it twice... What should i do?

All you can do is call the Court and attempt to postpone the case again. You should have a good excuse.

The other party may be getting frustrated, and at a certain point may move for fees or costs for causing a delay. If you do not appear tomorrow, you may be defaulted.
