After my ex and i broke up, for 2 months i still helped her pay bills and raise her kids ( it was a 5 year relationship). then i told her i was done helping her financialy and domesticly ,plus we were still arguing. She threatened to have me fired from work and run out of town..2 days later she got a restraing order brought to my work, she put my work adress as my home adress..i moved to the next town to put space between us knowing she was angry..at court the judge made it a full year..the day she got it she made texts to my roomate first berating me then saying her and kids miss me..he told her not to contact anymore..couple days later she left phone message on friends phone that i WILL be arrested at some point for stalking her..I recieved word the next day that she said i was stalking her across street from childrens school at 8:30 am..I know she is tring to get me arrested..i was trainning that morn from 745am--915am and got noterized letter from instructer staiting i was in his phisical & visual presents at those times..brought a copy to cops just in case..i went to court after that to get a motion against the restraing order..i have a court date in a week..how can i protect from malitous use of restrainig order? im scared
