I entered the US when I was 16 years old and graduated high school. If the Dream ACT legislation passes, would I be able to be approved even though it says " before 16". Also I am married and my wife would be qualify because she entered when she was 12. Is there any waiver on the law?

I am sorry to say that it is not law yet so there really aren't any answers you should count on. There could be all kinds of compromises and changes to the legislation if it does pass.
