Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

h1b stamp new employer

I have a h1b visa stamp on my passport from employer A wich exipres in May 2007. I got an offer from employer B. I know this new employer has to apply for an h1b visa as well but do I need to get an additional/new stamp to be able to travel abroad and of course come back!?

Re: h1b stamp new employer

You can travel using the valid stamp as long as you carry the requisite documents with you.

There is a CIS Memorandum that explains this and which explains the documents that you should have with you when you travel to/from the U.S.
