Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I was laid off three weeks ago. My employer told me that I would get 2 weeks of severance pay, and that I would be paid what I am owed on the same schedule as if I were still working there. Today, I should have received a paycheck including my second week of severance pay, my bonus pay, plus expense reimbursements that should have been paid on the 20th. I received nothing, and I believe it;s because I asked my employer to also pay me the personal and vacation days that I had accrued but had not used. What can/should I do?

How much vacation time are you owed? Are you contractually entitled to severance pay? The employer was required to pay tou your vacation on you last day of work.
