Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

my employer fired me because i made few mistakes.

now he send me seperation agreement..to sign.

conditions are...if i contest..i cannot collect unemployment

or sign the agreement to collect unemploy.

i am 63 years old..

agreement is full of legal basic stuff..such as with a heading of No contest of unemployment/

company can take a positon that i am not entitled to UN/employ.benefit and again they are

writing company wont contest...(two things)

claim of release;;;;;;;?????

no reason given for seperation...

should i sign the agreement.....
