Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Transgender discrimination

I have been working for a month at Dunkin Donuts at a very low amount of hours. I revealed I was a transexual and suddenly my low amount of hours become nearly nothing. Is there anything I can do? I feel like they are trying to get me to quit... An attorney on this site told me to try asking an employment attorney.

Re: Transgender discrimination

This is a possible discrimination case. This is known as a "construction discharge," where you feel that you had to quit. Please feel free to contact me, so I call explain everything in detail and discuss your options at this point.
