Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

wrongful termination

I would like to know the statue of limitations for wrongful termination in Massachussetts. The termination was the result of blowing the whistle on child abuse taking place in a public school

Re: wrongful termination

The limitations period for bringing such claims is three years from the date of termination. I would be interested in discussing your matter. I'm curious as to whether you have requested your personnel file, as the contents of that file may shed light on your claims. Please feel free to call me to discuss the matter.
