What reprocussions on the landlord for having level 3 sex offender living in apartment house, having no idea at the time of rental, but now wondering what to do we are trying to rent other apartments in building.

Level 3's have a right to live in an apartment-there should be no reprocussins on the LL for renting an apartment to a level 3-however, the level 3 offender would have conditions to his release and if he is in violation of anyone of those conditions (such as 500 feet from a school/playground/daycare/womens gym boysclub-I think you get the picture) then he is not allowed to be there.
