Practice area: Wrongful Termination

I did an internship at a recreation camp 50 hours no problems at all, the supervisor loved me. My first day at camp i was told i could go on break, i went to a pub ordered an appetizer and a NON alcholic beer. I came back and a young staff member asked where i went and i replied to a pub, where he then responded "ohh cool, you get a drink"? I replied an un seriouse yes, just to maybe hope the staff member would be friends. I was asked to leave right before the end of the day the supervisor who just showed up. I did so but called back the next day to figure out where i was at at my job, we met and she said some accusations were made that i was drunk. My professor and i have to meet with the director to settle this before i continue, how do i fight this making sure its clear i did not drink?

Explain what happened and hope they reconsider. You would have no legal claim for wrongful termination, assuming you are an employee at will.
