Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I was in a car accident and it was the other drivers fault. My car is not driveable at this time. Does the other insurance company have to pay for a rental car for me ?

Yea...most likely and your own insurance company will subrogate against the other drivers insurance company so you do not have to pay. If you were injured in the accident or if any of your passengers were injured...you should call me before you speak to any insurance company.

I strongly agree with Edward that you contact an attorney before you talk and especially if they ask you to sign any documents. As far as the car repair report it to you insurance and see what their reaction is.
