judgement awarded
a judgement was awarded from my savings account for a small claims case in which my name was used and i have no involvement in what so ever. this was done across state lines. what can i do?

You need to go to the state which issued the order and ask that the judgment be vacated for cause. Then you must prove that you did not incur the debt.
