Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I have a question this happened Last September in 2008. I was driving my Volvo to work one morning after having new tires put on my Town Fair Tire in Fitchburg Ma and I was almost to work and my wheel started to shake very bad and then my entire wheel fell off and bounced accross Rt. 117! I have not went after legal action however, every time I have my tires rotated or changed I think about weather or not they did it right and if another tire and wheel is going to fall off my car. I have the invoice for the repairs to my car that Town Fair Tire paid for, now it is down to a mental thing. I was wondering if I have grounds to sue them on over the wheel falling off my car. Please respond to me with an answer thank you

It is a problem of proof: how can you connect this to the company.

You can always sue for any damages. The winning is the hard part.
