Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Is there law in the state of mass. that would require someone who is involed in a serious accident to have a sobritey test at the scence, or taken to the hospital for blood work. Or is it soley on the judgement of the officers?

Generally If a CDL holder is involved there must be a drug and alcohol test. There is no state law requiring officers to carry out a field sobriety test or blood test, so far as I know.
