my wife name is on the house only came home from work ever thing going five weeks ago she has not made payment for five month iwont to save the house she abandoned the house what rights do i have

Unfortunately, it sounds as though you do not own the house. You should speak with a mortgage broker as soon as possible and see if you might qualify to refinance the property into your name and see if your wife will deed you the property. If you are heading toward a divorce, you should speak with an attorney and handle this matter as part of your divorce.
