The mother of my child wants me to give up the rights to my child and I agree. What do I need to do to get this done asap

Before you ask how to do this you should ask can you do this. You can only give up your parental rights if someone else adopts the child. You would then sign away your rights as part of the adoption.

I agree with the previous attorney. Perhaps there is another individual ready to adopt, and you are being asked to consent to the adoption? Or perhaps the mother is looking for sole legal custody?
