Employer ADA/ MichiganPersons with Disabilty Civil Rights
Sustained serious head injury on job as school principal. Employer hasn made life hell emotionall and financially. Multiple roadblocks
MRI denied after ER physician's referral to PCP. Delayed work injury report resulted in WC claim being disputed. No income from December 29, 2006-April 2007.
Did not issue W-2, IRS had to send penalty letter on my behalf. No FMLA letter issued, but wrote I am terminated from FMLA. Diagnosed with Post-conscussive traumatic stress disorder. Treatment at Cleveland Clinic. Had to leave MI for care.
