I set the physician up, paid for training, added all patient information, charges and procedures and transmitted claims out for payment, and now the physician got an attitude because i did not want to falsify information. can I sue??

Be very careful. Do you have a contract with this physician? Apart from contract issues you might also face fraud and abuse issues relative to healthcare if you involve in such falsification of information. Not to mention criminal consipracy charges. I suggest you start with a contract review.

You can get paid for your work at a reasonable rate if you do not have a contract. However, where fraud is involved, you need to be careful to make sure you're not implicated. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
