Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have one felony from back when i was 18 which is an attempted B&E, I've been on probation since. I just recently got caught up in more trouble I found a credit card and went to see if it worked and it did. I spent around $100 on it. after that i relized what i did was wrong so I threw the card away but at the time my brother-in-law was living with me and he seen the card in the trash and he also used it but spent way more than i did, which was over $100. How much time could I get sentenced? since i was already on felony probation? Also is their a possibilty i could ask for boot camp rather than prison time? Thank you for your time, hope to hear from someone.

This is a serious offense on top of the probation violation that you would be facing. You need a skilled criminal defense attorney on board asap. Visit kliszlaw.com to discuss in detail your chances. Tim Klisz
